Ulysse Nardin Watches

Ulysse Nardin is a Swiss watch company which began in 1846 in Le Locle. It soon gained international recognition and was awarded the Prize Medal in the intricate pocket watch category, at the World’s Fair in London in 1862.

As early as 1920, Ulysse Nardin began to specialise in highly precise self-winding and ultra-thin watches. Their notable collection includes the 1985 Astrolabium Galileo Galilei, an astronomical wristwatch which indicates the position of the sun, moon and stars, the day and month as well as solar and lunar eclipses and two more models, The Planetarium Copernicus and The Tellurium Johannes Kepler, created as a tribute to the famous astronomers.

Nowadays, Ulysse Nardin is the specialist in marine chronometers and a winner of several Chronos Innovation Prizes in recent years (Freak Watch – 2002, Genghis Khan Watch – 2003 and Sonata Watch – 2004, to name a few).

Ulysse Nardin Watches have won many accolades for their outstanding technologies and inventions. This is not hard to see why when you look further into the collections of Ulysse Nardin Watches.
