Concord Watches
The Concord Company is only one century old. It was started in 1908 by two talented and passionate Swiss craftsmen who decided to create the thinnest watch in the world. Their dream came true in 1979 when Concord released the 1.98 mm thin Delirium watch.
Admired and imitated more than once by Cartier and Tiffany, the Concord watches reached the wrists of several world leaders who received exquisitely designed Concord masterpiece as a gift from Harry Truman after the 1945 victory.A true innovation of late twentieth century, the stainless steel Concord Delirium for Ladies watch with a sapphire crystal was the world’s thinnest watch at the time.
Another reliable and elegant timepiece is the Men’s Concord Impresario Chronograph whose automatic movement measures time to one tenth of a second; it has a stainless steel case, a diamond bezel and eight diamonds marking its white dial. Other well-known series are: Saratoga Concord Crown, la Scala, Venetia and the Crystal watch with a quite progressive Art Deco design.
